Carry On Worn
About
Why Carry On Worn exists
Most mental health merch looks like a mood board. Soft pastels. Semicolons. Butterflies. Positive affirmations that don't quite touch the weight of a real hard day.
We started Carry On Worn because we wanted shirts that told the truth.
Not the Instagram version of mental health. The real version. The kind you recognize at 2am, or in the middle of a crowded room when you're pretending to be okay, or on the morning you finally get out of bed after three days of trying.
Our designs come from three territories:
Blunt truths. Direct statements that name the experience without softening it.
Reclaimed clinical. Taking the language of diagnosis and wearing it as identity, not shame.
Solidarity signals. For the people who love someone going through it. For the ones who stayed.
Every shirt is printed on demand in the US through our production partners. We keep inventory intentionally small so we can keep testing designs and listening to what actually resonates with people.
We believe there's a real audience for apparel that doesn't ask you to perform wellness. If one of these shirts says something true about who you are or who you love, that's the whole point.
Carry on.
